A passenger variant of the high-speed fighter. It was developed by Anton Fokker's company, Fokker. Designer – Reinhold Platz. The first flight took place at the beginning of 1918. Mass production of the Fokker D.VII began in February 1918. The first units arrived at the front in early April. The aircraft was considered to be the best German fighter of World War I. Its increased power-to-weight ratio was provided by a six-cylinder, water-cooled Mercedes D.III engine with 160 hp. Starting from June 1918, the aircraft was equipped with a more powerful 185-hp BMW IIIa engine (D VIIF modification) or a 180-hp Mercedes D.IIIau, with which it improved further its performance.
The model has an intermediate level of difficulty.
