The KS-4561 truck cranes with a lifting capacity of 16 tonnes were designed for construction, installation, and loading/unloading work. They were self-propelled, full-rotation machines with diesel-electric drive, mounted on the chassis of the KrAZ-257, a heavy-duty truck manufactured by the Kremenchug Automobile Plant from 1965 to 1995. The main lattice boom of the truck crane was 10 m long and could be extended to 14, 18 and 22 m with the help of inserts.

The model has a fairly high level of difficulty and is recommended for experienced model-makers.
